As a client, that means value for money.
We are more than happy to provide you with a full written
quotation that is easy to follow. This can be faxed
or emailed to you as a PDF attachment. The quotation
will include a breakdown of all charges relating to
your particular project.
Guideline to Charges
- Discounts are given for larger quantities and
multi lingual projects. Please ask!
- Translation starts from $36.00 for almost all
commercial languages. A minimum charge of $48 applies
on a per language basis.
- Citizenship/Internal Affairs, NZQA, Immigration
prices start from $50.00 (incl GST). AA/LTSA approved
drivers licence translation – $45.00 (incl
GST) each.
- Keyboarding from supplied translation hard copy
– $48.00 per hour
- Screen layout, typesetting, graphic design, web
pages – $90.00 per hour (charged in 10 minute
lots of $15.00)
- Proof reading and editing – 15% of translation
total with a minimum charge of $25.00
- Output: Path (text to outlines) – $15.00
per file
- EPS, GIF, JPEG, PDF, TIFF files etc – $15.00
per file
- Write to CD – $20.00.
Courier & Postage costs
All prices include standard postage (up to
A4 size envelope) within New Zealand but when sending
original documents we recommend using a courier service.
You can supply your own addressed courier bags but
if you choose to let us handle it all our prices are
as follows…
Courier (up to A4 size envelope)

Christchurch – city-wide (2 hr) $10, urgent
(1 hr) $20
Within New Zealand (overnight service) $10

Please note:
All communication charges (toll calls, fax charges,
Jetstream / broadband download fees etc) are built
into our charge rates. Unless otherwise stated in
the quotation, what we quote to you is what you pay.
Charges are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and unless
otherwise stated are exclusive of GST (goods and
services tax). GST is not applicable for international
clients. Charges are current until July 2010.
